Purchase Terms and Refunds
Purchases of courses or subscriptions are final unless otherwise specified. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy. Where applicable, refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided no significant course content has been accessed. No refunds are issued for partially completed courses or after the refund window has expired.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
